With over 15 years of combined experience, FL HVAC Team’s co-owner, Jose, a Cuban immigrant, has been immersed in the HVAC industry since the age of 15. Initially assisting his father in their AC service business during weekends, he later ventured into trades, remodeled houses, and started a pool service business in 2012. In 2016, a partnership with a family member in the HVAC business led to the establishment of the FL HVAC Team in Tampa Bay. The owner’s journey reflects hard work and a commitment to success, embodying the American dream.
Jose holds a NATE Certification, underscoring the company’s dedication to professional excellence. The owners Jose, Jaider, Luis, and Yamir run the business as a family-owned and employee-owned enterprise, complementing each other. FL HVAC Team nurtures a sense of belonging and shared success within its ranks. While not currently associated with specific community programs, the company envisions growth by hiring local technicians and contributing to the community by serving more customers annually.
